Our Journey

Rundle Management Services (RMS) was founded in 1995 by Ronald Rundle, following his retirement as Managing Director of the Cape of Good Hope Bank in South Africa.

Together with his son Dave Rundle and Rob Baillie, RMS was established to provide personal, high-quality financial advice to individuals seeking a more bespoke alternative to large corporate institutions and one-size-fits-all solutions.

With close connections to many of South Africa’s top professional athletes, RMS Advisory has developed a niche service that complements its offering to private clients; becoming one of the leading financial advisers to international professional sportsmen and women.

Through attention to detail, genuine care, and long-standing relationships, RMS Advisory has positioned itself as a niche, flexible, and independent financial services provider.

The firm is dedicated to helping clients preserve and grow their wealth through its extensive partnership network and a team with decades of collective experience across the financial services industry.

    Dave is one of the co-founders of RMS Advisory and leads the RMS team as a whole.

    Dave has over 30 years of experience in advising clients on their financial affairs and has been a key driver in establishing RMS Advisory as one of the country’s leading financial advisory firms.

    Michael Stain

    Managing Director

    ND Banking, CISI UK

    Michael has 18 years of experience in Private Banking and Wealth Management, having worked in multiple countries for some of the world’s largest banks including National Bank of Abu Dhabi and UBS Switzerland.

    Michael provides critical banking knowledge and industry experience to the team.
